Managing Emails, Another Job!

Managing emails is such a priority. You either have to do it early in the a.m. before business hours or after hours late at night. Now, checking email is totally different from managing. Of course, as a business professional or busy socialite you have to check your email throughout the day, making sure you don’t miss any important or urgent messages. But managing email should never be done during production hours… managing is like filing emails, unless you’re just that good to file after reading. stamping and color coding can be done right after reading emails, this will make it easier to manage, go back and review “save for later” emails, and then of course dumping the trash.  I get atleast 100 emails a day, and thats from only one account. Emails is a job within itself. Maybe we should consider hiring an Email Management Specialist! :) I wonder what the pay would be?! Hmm.. This is only the beginning!
